Senior HR Business Partner
About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to a senior executive. You'll be a strategic partner, responsible for aligning our people strategy with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, mature, and commercially-minded HR leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate has a strong command of English and is comfortable working closely with senior executives. While experience in the service industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from all industry backgrounds who have a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads, providing guidance on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable insights that inform business strategy and improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.

Compensation & Benefits: Design, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our company goals.

Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a high-performing culture.

Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and compliance with labor laws.

Change Management: Champion and lead change management efforts for key business and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HRBP or similar strategic role.

Proven expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Strong background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) design and administration.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a fluent and professional command of English to work closely with senior leadership.

A mature, sharp, and proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

Experience working with senior leadership and a track record of influencing business outcomes.

Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
