Key Responsibilities
Process Understanding & Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to map existing workflows and capture the “as-is” state across different functions.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and best practices.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Recommend and implement process enhancements through streamlining, automation, and adoption of market-ready technologies (e.g., mobility tools, low-code apps, RFID).
- Redesign workflows by introducing transformative and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain a process improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives.
Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into operational outcomes.
- Communicate proposed changes with clarity and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to process owners and end-users to ensure sustainable adoption.
Governance & Performance Management
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of improvement initiatives.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Regularly report progress, outcomes, and risks to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- 10+ years of corporate experience with broad exposure across multiple business functions.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end processes including operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial.
- Generalist mindset with the ability to integrate insights across functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies preferred.
- Consulting experience considered an advantage.
- Practical experience with technology solutions such as automation, ERP extensions, scanning devices, or data platforms, with the ability to collaborate with IT experts.
- English proficiency is a must
Relevant Experience
- Proven track record in leading process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence programs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze pain points, lead stakeholder discussions, and deliver actionable solutions.
- Experience in both incremental improvement initiatives and large-scale transformation efforts.
- Strong capability in managing senior leadership, operations, and IT stakeholders.
