We are seeking an experienced professional to join as Vice President to lead IT Sourcing and Third Party Program Management (TPPM) initiatives in China. This Hong Kong–based role reports directly to the Head of GSS China and will be responsible for driving strategic vendor risk management, technology sourcing activities, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead China on-shore IT and Third Party Sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for outsourcing activities (technology vendors, third party, and inter-affiliate) across all business units.
• Drive strategic IT sourcing initiatives, including vendor evaluation, negotiations, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contracts, risk assessments, and cross-border data management.
• Ensure compliance with China outsourcing regulations, while supporting innovation and cost efficiency in IT services.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology leaders to deliver sourcing strategies.
• Guide business units on Third Party Risk Management procedures, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in IT sourcing, third party risk management, and contract negotiation, with deep knowledge of the China regulatory landscape.
• Strong track record in vendor management and IT outsourcing within China.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
