Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer strategies and activation plans aligned with company goals and category visions.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key accounts, establishing shared objectives and performance targets.
  • Influence customer agendas to support key company initiatives, such as category growth, pricing strategies, promotions, new product launches, and in-store execution.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase sales and improve margins within Modern Trade.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to optimize account performance and ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing activities, fostering strong relationships across multiple functions.
  • Monitor and manage trade spending, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking in line with brand and category plans.
  • Work closely with buyers to enhance operational efficiency, support category development, and drive incremental business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze daily sales performance against targets using internal systems (e.g., SAP) and customer platforms (e.g., B2B portals).
  • Conduct regular store visits based on the route plan to evaluate execution standards and resolve field-level issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate resilience, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach in overcoming challenges and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Key Account Manager position from FMCG industry, B2B Food industry.
  • Experience in managing more than 5 accounts.
  • Familiar with data analyzing programs such as Makro MSP, Nielsen, Global Data and etc.
  • Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate, persevering and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target.
