Join a leading financial institution to manage middleware vulnerability and compliance for core IT systems across APAC, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient middleware services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee middleware vulnerability management for systems like Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, and JBoss across APAC
• Plan and execute remediation for vulnerabilities and compliance deviations, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Develop automated scripts (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) for patch deployment and configuration hardening
• Create and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) for KPI reporting on remediation and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage remediation tickets (e.g., ServiceNow), and validate fixes
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Provide technical leadership, updating production documentation and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience with middleware technologies (Apache HTTP 2.4.x, Tomcat 9.x-11.x, IBM WebSphere 8.x-9.x, JBoss EAP/EWS, Oracle WebLogic 12.x-14.x)
• Proficiency in vulnerability analysis, remediation planning, and CVE scoring
• Expertise in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Ansible Tower)
• Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel macros); Prometheus/Grafana/Kibana (preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Agile/DevOps and ITIL
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shift work or weekends as needed
