Join a leading quasi-government institution in Hong Kong, renowned for high job stability. To support various projects, they are hiring Web Application Developers at different experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic business applications for operational efficiency
• Design, code, test, debug, and deploy reliable web programs
• Create detailed technical and user documentation for systems
• Analyze user needs and define clear project requirements
• Develop system specifications to guide seamless development processes
• Provide quick support for critical production issues and fixes
• Optimize Oracle/DB2 database schemas for better performance
• Collaborate with teams to integrate applications effectively
• Stay updated on web development tools and trends
• Ensure compliance with coding and security standards

What We're Looking For:

• University degree with 3 - 10 years of experience in system development
• Proficient in Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with Spring Boot, Vue.js, Oracle, DB2, and Websphere MQ preferred
• Mobile app development skills (iOS/Android, Swift) are a strong advantage
• Strong Oracle/DB2 schema design and DBA experience desirable
• Good technical writing skills and prior banking/financial sector experience preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
