Our client, a leading global consumer company is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead – Digital Commerce to join and take full ownership of the brand’s presence across major digital marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level brand awareness and direct sales, ensuring that every marketing dollar is technically optimized and commercially effective. This is a pivotal position that requires a mix of analytical rigor and strategic vision to manage complex budgets and multi-channel ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:

Translate intricate performance datasets into high-level executive summaries and visual dashboards to facilitate rapid, data-backed business decisions.

Establish and scale a robust experimental framework, using pilot tests and advanced attribution to uncover and exploit untapped revenue streams.

Act as the central point of contact between third-party media agencies and internal cross-functional teams to ensure synchronized and seamless project execution.
·
Direct the regional digital architecture by overseeing high-impact media operations across key social commerce hubs and online marketplaces.
·
Design integrated digital roadmaps that align upper-funnel brand visibility with lower-funnel sales results across diverse retail and social networks.
·
Take ownership of the digital storefront’s strategic growth, merging customer insights and CRM data with creative content to maximize long-term user value.

Steer the dynamic allocation of media spend, pivoting resources based on real-time performance to drive aggressive ROI and business scaling.
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related filed
·
3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or e-commerce, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sectors.

Full professional fluency in both Thai and English
·
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets
