Job Title: PowerBI Engineer - Enterprise Performance Reporting

Location: Makati City, Hybrid

About the Role:

We are partnering with a global organization undergoing a large-scale IT and digital transformation to appoint a Power BI Engineer to design and build enterprise-wide reporting dashboards and KPI monitoring solutions that provide leadership teams with visibility into organizational performance. This role will focus on creating centralized “control tower” dashboards that consolidate key business metrics, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions for KPI and performance monitoring.
• Build centralized “control tower” dashboards that provide leadership visibility across key business and operational metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations and insights.
• Develop and optimize data models, reporting pipelines, and automated reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Power BI development, BI engineering, or enterprise reporting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modelling.
• Proven experience building enterprise dashboards, KPI scorecards, or executive reporting/control tower solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business and leadership teams.
