Procure to Pay Lead

Our client, a Global Manufacturing Company in FMCG Industry is looking for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead to join their dynamic team.

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead is a pivotal role within our global manufacturing operations, responsible for ensuring end-to-end process excellence from vendor management to accounts payable. This role demands a hands-on leader to drive compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all P2P processes while supporting manufacturing operations in Samut Sakhon and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute robust Procure-to-Pay strategies and policies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee comprehensive vendor master data management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) processes, including posting, payment management, and financial controls.
• Ensure SLA targets are consistently met, aligning with the unique demands of manufacturing operations.

Process Improvement

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, leveraging technology and automation tools.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting to track and optimize P2P processes.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team comprising 5 manager-level professionals and 50 subordinates.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Collaboration and Support

• Engage with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and align on business priorities.
• Support manufacturing operations in Samut Sakhon, ensuring seamless integration of P2P processes with on-ground requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Procurement.
• Strong background in manufacturing operations and proven expertise in people management.
• Demonstrated success in process improvements and managing performance metrics.
• Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and P2P automation tools.
• Familiarity with compliance and financial controls in a manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to Samut Sakhon province twice a week
