We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead raw material sourcing for a dairy manufacturing business. This role is critical in securing a stable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of key dairy inputs to support production and business growth.

You will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving value through strong negotiation and market insight within the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Raw Material Sourcing Strategy

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key dairy raw materials.
• Ensure consistent supply aligned with production requirements and business plans
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks within the dairy industry

Supplier Management & Negotiation

• Identify, evaluate, and manage a reliable supplier base for dairy raw materials
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term agreements
• Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement

Cost Optimization & Risk Management

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities across raw material categories
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions
• Proactively manage supply risks, including price volatility, seasonal fluctuations, and supply disruptions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with production, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to align on material specifications and supply requirements
• Support new product development by sourcing suitable raw materials and suppliers
• Ensure alignment with quality and food safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field
• Strong experience in sourcing dairy raw materials
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Good command both Thai and English
