Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for cosmetics and brand growth? Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager, where you'll lead impactful marketing initiatives, drive product success, and shape consumer experiences across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Brand Strategy
- Initiate, plan, and implement marketing programs aligned with overall brand strategy.
- Drive sales growth, market share, and brand health through innovative and data-driven initiatives.
- Define portfolio strategy and product propositions using consumer, market, category, and competitor insights.
In-Store Experience & Promotion Planning
- Propose and execute in-store animations including promotions, events, services, and gifting campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to deliver compelling consumer touchpoints.
Trade Marketing & Execution
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Oversee trade communications, counter promotions, and new door openings.
- Manage trade offers, daily promotional activities, and post-promotion reporting to optimize effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing/product management.
- Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, makeup, FMCG needed.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
