Program Director, Financial Services Program - 12 months

Client requirements:

- 20 + years Transformation leadership, covering multiple geographies, enabling major large-scale initiatives
- Financial Services program experience essential
- Exposure to ensuring bottom up program governance and reporting - devising the standards and ensuring E2E delivery assurance practices
- Exposure to green field program set up, tech set up and post M&A exposure would be highly beneficial
- Exposure to managing challenging stakeholders both regulatory and external – with an ability to manage expectations, set project scope/ plans and standards for successful execution

Role is a 12 month contract with a potential for internalising as a permanent resource
for the right person where desired.
