Role Duties

Execute the strategic roadmap for operational enhancements and digital submission tools.

Lead the functional design for GenAI initiatives to streamline risk assessment and processing.

Own the process architecture; this is a business-led role, focusing on logic rather than IT delivery.

Partner with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to ensure AI governance and project viability.

Drive adoption of new intelligent tools across a massive, multi-channel distribution force.
Role Requirements

8–15 years in Insurance (Operations, Distribution, or Business Transformation).

Native or Fluent Cantonese and English is essential for stakeholder engagement.

Strong business-side lead; able to present AI-driven roadmaps to senior executives.

Consistent, continuous employment history with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Proven ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution.
