Role Duties

• Own and drive the delivery of a complex, multi-market data transformation program

• Lead the ingestion of critical source data onto a new cloud data platform

• Oversee the development and rollout of key global analytics dashboards

• Manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and regional teams

• Ensure program delivery is on time, within scope, and delivers projected value

Role Requirements

• 15+ years of senior program/programme management experience

• Proven background delivering large-scale data/analytics transformations

• Must have strong Insurance or Financial Services industry experience

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
