About the Client
Our client is a top-tier financial services group, launching a major digital transformation program to revolutionize their investment operations with a leading global technology platform.
Role Duties
-
Provide comprehensive PMO support for the large-scale implementation
-
Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and track action items
-
Maintain all project documentation, decks, and reporting materials

Manage vendor contract administration and coordination
-
Prepare and distribute materials for steering committee meetings
Role Requirements
-
4-7 years of project support or PMO experience, ideally in Finance/Tech
-
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
-
Experience supporting vendor and contract management processes
-
Proficiency in project documentation and executive reporting
-
Strong communication skills in English
