The Opportunity
This is a newly created, high-impact role for an accomplished enterprise sales professional with proven SaaS sales experience. As Regional Business Development Manager, you will spearhead new business acquisition across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, focusing on high-value, multi-location enterprise accounts.
Operating as a hands-on individual contributor, you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making environments and influencing at C-level. The role offers significant scope to make a tangible impact and contribute directly to the client’s regional growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new enterprise client acquisition across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Identify, qualify, and engage high-potential prospects through direct outreach, industry networks, partnerships, and trade events.

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, stakeholder mapping, solution development, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and closure.

Understand client challenges and position the company’s SaaS solutions to deliver measurable ROI.

Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers, including C-level executives.

Conduct consultative sales discussions to uncover business pain points and present tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal marketing and sales development teams to drive high-quality lead generation.

Monitor competitive and market trends to inform go-to-market strategy.

Partner with post-sales teams to ensure seamless handover, client satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.

Travel up to 50% within assigned markets for client engagement and deal closure.
Key Requirements
-
Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients is essential.

Comfortable operating as an individual contributor, owning the end-to-end enterprise sales process without direct sales team support.

10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution selling.

Success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with regional or global enterprise clients.

Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to navigate long sales cycles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Regional market experience in Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia is highly preferred.

Exposure to high-growth or start-up technology environments is an advantage.

Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
