We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to drive regional brand strategy and execution excellence across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong brand alignment, impactful campaigns, and consistent performance across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute the master brand strategy across Southeast Asia, ensuring both regional consistency and local market relevance.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager and senior stakeholders to shape and implement brand initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
- Lead the development of regional campaigns that can be adapted effectively across multiple markets.
- Identify and share best practices from individual markets to enhance overall brand performance.
- Monitor brand performance across countries, consolidate results into regional reports, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Act as a key partner to senior leaders across the region, ensuring alignment on brand priorities and direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, communication development, and activation within a leading FMCG or multinational organization.
- Independent, proactive, and resilient — comfortable thriving in a solo contributor role.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English both in verbal and written,
