Regional Supply Chain Senior Executive/Specialist

A global beauty brand is hiring a Regional Supply Chain Senior Executive/Specialist to strengthen fulfilment and delivery across key Asian markets. The role supports the commercial and sales leads in driving supply chain execution across distributors and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and distribution activities across selected Asian markets
• Partner with commercial teams and external partners to align forecasts and inventory flow
• Monitor key KPIs: OTIF, delivery lead time, stock health
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical, data-driven improvements
• Ensure product availability across multiple retail and e-commerce channels

Key Requirements

• Min. 4 years of professional working experience in supply chain, ideally in retail, FMCG, or beauty
• Exposure to multiple Asia countries through cross-border planning or distributor management
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems (e.g. SAP or similar)
• Strong commercial acumen and clear communicator with strong coordination skills across internal and external teams
• Work pass sponsorship is not available
