A purpose-led beauty brand
client is looking for a dynamic Regional Trade Marketing (Senior) Executive
to join its Asia hub in Singapore. This individual contributor role supports regional trade execution across distributor/franchise/partner markets in Asia with a focus on product, pricing, campaign, and performance.
Key responsibilities
Support assortment planning and product lifecycle management across key Asia distributor/franchise/partner markets
Coordinate 360° campaign execution across online and offline channels, adapted from global toolkits
Track and analyse campaign and category performance to inform future trade plans and reduce discounting
Monitor competitor pricing and support market alignment, working closely with sales and commercial teams
Contribute to annual launch calendars, promotional plans, and trade toolkits in collaboration with account managers
Key requirements
3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, category, or product roles within beauty or FMCG
Hands-on exposure to B2B and/or multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, ecommerce, wholesale)
Strong analytical mindset with working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Regional exposure to Southeast and/or North Asia markets is a strong plus
Agile, organised, and collaborative – able to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment
