Key Deliverables
Strategy and business partnering
- Translate the global HR strategy into something that works for the realities of each SEA market
- Act as trusted advisor to the regional leadership team, bringing a commercial perspective to people decisions
- Own the regional people plan, headcount and HR budget, and hold the business to account against it
Talent, organisation and capability
- Drive talent planning and development initiatives across the region to build a robust pipeline for key roles
- Lead succession planning for critical positions and build local talent into regional and global roles
- Shape organisation design and workforce planning as the business evolves, including restructures and integrations
- Use people data and analytics to surface insight and inform decisions at leadership level
Culture, employee experience and team
- Work with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Service Centres to deliver a strong employee experience
- Lead, develop and inspire your HR team, and contribute to a collaborative regional culture
- Own the annual reward, performance and engagement cycles across the cluster, and act on what the results tell you
- Champion inclusion and wellbeing, and drive change across the organisation
- Strengthen the employer brand and attraction proposition across SEA markets
What we're looking for:
- Experience operating across multiple South East Asia markets in a global/ matrix / complex MNC.
- Significant regional HR experience in a dynamic, fast-moving CPG setting, skilled in HR strategy and developing talent
- Experience across the breadth of the HR functions, and tailoring them to diverse business areas
- A strategic thinker, familiar with organisation design and planning for future talent needs
- An established track record of forging strong relationships and influencing decision-making at senior levels
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a knack for transparent, motivating dialogue
The role can be based in Bangkok or Singapore, with travel across the SEA cluster.
