Senior Employee Relations Specialist (APAC Role)

About The Job

We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join the Employee Relations Center of Excellence for the APAC region. This role will support end-to-end investigations and appeals, handling cases from the APAC area. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn new processes, think strategically, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, and maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and investigate employee relations cases efficiently and timely.
  • Interact with employees and leaders via phone, email, and Teams regarding employee relations matters, conducting interviews, reviewing evidence, and analyzing potential policy violations while making recommendations.
  • Summarize and report on related cases both verbally and in formal written communications.
  • Follow documented protocols to deliver high-quality customer service and first-call resolution.
  • Be available for on-call duties during weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Understand and follow information security protocols while handling sensitive data.
  • Multi-task effectively and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence for efficient transaction resolution in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Maintain systems for 100% data integrity and confidentiality regarding employee records.
  • Construct objective narratives to guide investigations with input from key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Work under strict deadlines to achieve departmental excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (strongly preferred Law).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Employee Relations, Legal, or case investigations.
  • Previous experience with employee relations matters, including investigations and transcribing statements.
  • Experience in HR within a manufacturing, distribution, or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with union environments is a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
