organisation is hiring a Senior Finance & HR Executive / Assistant Manager
for its Singapore-based APAC regional office. This is a hands-on role across finance reporting, business control, accounting support, payroll coordination, HR administration, office management, and facilities coordination.
This individual contributor role is best suited for someone who enjoys being the trusted finance, HR, and office operations
anchor in a lean international setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly sales dashboards, sell-out reports, and business analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Maintain finance controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate payroll with the external payroll provider
- Manage employee files, leave, contracts, onboarding, insurance, and HR administration
- Act as the local HR point of contact for employees
- Oversee office suppliers, vendors, equipment, facilities, and general office services
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and CSR activities
Key Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience in finance, accounting, business control, or finance operations
- Comfortable handling HR administration, payroll coordination, and office matters
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; BI / dashboard exposure is a plus
- Organised, detail-oriented, confidential, and hands-on
- Strong English communication skills
