Key Responsibilities

Define comprehensive marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities across diverse product categories for a key market, ensuring portfolio harmonization, profitability, and market relevance.

Represent the local market's strategic needs, providing insights to global and regional teams to drive relevant innovations and develop compelling communication materials.

Own and drive the annual marketing and financial planning cycle, including promotional spend management, while leading new product development validation and communication initiatives for the market.
·
Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve business goals, adapting plans decisively to navigate competitive shifts and evolving market dynamics.
·
Oversee media and digital agency partnerships to craft optimal media strategies and consumer journeys, ensuring efficient spending aligns with business objectives.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting priorities, fostering career development, and supervising day-to-day execution across marketing analytics, precision marketing, and launch plans.
Requirements
·
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
·
At least 10 years of progressive brand or product management experience within multinational FMCG environments, including multi-category leadership.

Demonstrated strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
·
Excellent command of both Thai and English
