Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across responsive web and native platforms
• Translate business and customer needs into strategic product design decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, content design, and information architecture principles
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Proven experience designing digital products and services with measurable business and customer impact
• Strong portfolio demonstrating world-class product design across responsive and native platforms
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and core UX disciplines including:
  • User research
  • Content design
  • Usability testing
  • Visual design
  • Interaction design
  • Information architecture
• Experience working in complex and regulated environments, ideally within financial services
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams
• Ability to write effective product content in UK English to support intuitive user experiences
• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to team growth and excellence

Preferred

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or global environments
• Exposure to international or multi-market digital product delivery
