About the Role

Based in Singapore, this Senior HR Business Partner role is an individual‑contributor position supporting the commercial portfolio across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with senior commercial and country leadership to shape people strategy, enhance organizational capability and support a headcount population of approximately 250–500 employees. The role spans the full HR spectrum, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and workforce engagement. You will also guide transformation initiatives and leverage data insights to inform decision‑making.

Reporting to the SEA HR Senior Director, this is a newly created headcount driven by regional growth and sits on a clear two‑ to three‑year succession path toward the SEA HR lead role.

What We’ll Like to See in You

You bring strong strategic HR experience, commercial acumen and the ability to partner confidently with senior leaders. You have a proven track record in organizational design, business scaling and transformation within multi‑market or matrix environments. Your HR expertise spans talent development, performance management, compensation and employee relations, supported by strong analytical capability and influencing skills.

Preferred backgrounds include FMCG or high‑tech sectors, particularly those familiar with high‑growth environments. You thrive in fast‑paced, commercially focused settings and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Strong stakeholder management, navigation skills and comfort operating across multiple business groups will set you up for success.
