  • Build a culture of operational excellence, technology curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Own the OPEX/CAPEX budget for IT operations, infrastructure refresh, and technology supply.
  • Track spend variance, forecast renewal cycles, and identify consolidation or automation opportunities.

Strategic Alignment

  • Act as the operational execution arm of the Head of Digital Transformation, provide readiness assessments, risk flags, and resource plans for initiatives.
  • Serve as the bridge between "run" and "transform", ensuring that digital team receive stable, secure, and responsive platforms rather than waiting on legacy ops cycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management; 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in a mid-to-large enterprise undergoing digital change.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL MP, cloud platform certs, IT asset management) advantageous

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or multi-branch organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise infrastructure (network, server, hybrid/cloud), service desk operations, and IT asset/procurement lifecycle; familiarity with Azure/GCP/AWS, M365, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record negotiating and governing MSP, Ia SaaS, cloud, and hardware vendor relationships
  • ITIL; familiarity with ISO 27001, or equivalent operational standards; awareness of DevOps, or agile service delivery models.
  • Experiences in digital transformation and Data and Al implementation is preferred.
  • Comfortable running legacy systems and modern platforms side by side. Makes decisions based on evidence, not assumptions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade various audiences internally and externally.
