Tableau Analyst/12 month contract/Consulting-FS/38-48k HKD P/M

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong focus on Tableau to help our clients transform raw data into actionable strategic insights. In this role, you will be designing and building dashboards that solve complex business problems and working across the full BI lifecycle—from data extraction and preparation to final visual delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high-performance Tableau dashboards and workbooks.
• Data Analysis: Interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business value.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and dashboard wireframes.
• Data Preparation: Use SQL or Tableau Prep to clean, blend, and structure data for optimized visual reporting.
• User Training: Conduct walk-throughs and training sessions to help client teams adopt and navigate self-service analytics.

Technical Requirements

• Tools: 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop(Calculated fields, LOD expressions, and Parameters).
• Data: Solid proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Design: Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics).
