Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and manage the product roadmap for Salesforce-based and customer-facing insurance applications.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into user stories and technical requirements.
- Own product backlog, release planning, and sprint prioritization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
Salesforce Platform Management
- Drive solution design and delivery across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or equivalent).
- Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, integrations, workflows, automation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Customer Experience & Digital Channels
- Lead the development and optimization of customer-facing applications, portals, and digital self-service journeys.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and Salesforce channels.
- Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Agile Delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and acceptance testing.
- Define acceptance criteria and approve completed deliverables.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout product delivery.
Insurance Domain Alignment
- Ensure solutions support insurance business processes including policy administration, claims, customer servicing, underwriting, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with compliance and governance teams to meet regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in a technology environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience delivering customer-facing applications and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
