Technical Sales Director ( FSI Platform)

The Technical Sales Director-FSI Platform is responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and strategic leadership. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of technical sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and mentor the technical sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and achieve goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly at the CEO and C-level, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Serve as a technical expert for the sales team, providing insights and IT solutions to complex customer requirements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 15 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in technology solutions with a focus on projects valued at 50 MB or more
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Strong understanding of Technology Solutions for Enterprise business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and present it effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluently speaking both Thai and English
