An international high-growth food-tech SaaS
business is hiring an ambitious and hands-on VP Commercial
to join its regional hub in Singapore.
Reporting to the President, this senior leadership role will be responsible for the international P&L: revenue growth, market expansion, commercial discipline and team leadership.
The right-fit candidate is an experienced food-tech/SaaS leader, who is commercially sharp, hands-on, and has built, rebuilt or scaled commercial engines in lean, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial agenda across multiple international markets (a big focus in APAC), with accountability for revenue growth, sales performance and market development
- Build, refine and drive the regional commercial playbook across customer acquisition, partnerships, pipeline discipline and execution standards
- Strengthen core commercial foundations, including team structure, sales management, operating rhythm and performance visibility
- Lead and develop a lean regional team, while staying close enough to the work to unblock issues and move priorities forward directly
- Partner closely with senior leadership on growth strategy, market priorities and longer-term commercial scale-up
Key Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership experience in SaaS, platform, tech-enabled or similarly fast-moving environments
- Clear track record of building, rebuilding or scaling commercial functions, not just inheriting mature structures
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in lean teams and fast-changing businesses
- Strong commercial instinct and execution depth; this is not suited to candidates whose background is more operational than commercial
- Prior exposure to food, restaurant-tech, hospitality-tech or adjacent sectors will be advantageous; Asia regional experience is strongly preferred
