VP Data Science (FSI space)

We are partnering with a leading organisation within the FSI space to hire a Data Science VP to lead and scale their data science and machine learning teams across multiple markets within the region.

Key highlights:

• Senior leadership role with full ownership of regional Data Science & ML teams (strong people management focus)
• Define and drive the data science strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Provide deep expertise in credit risk modelling
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making into business strategy
• Oversee development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across markets

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience managing data science teams
• Strong background in advanced analytics / machine learning
• Deep hands-on expertise in credit risk modelling
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience working in regional / multi-market environments preferred
